fresh is better

for the record: frozen crabs are no good. don't try it. stick to the fresh ones. I just tried a bag of frozen crab legs. Even steamed wiht nice old bay seasoning, vinegar & salt and a nice mustard/mayo/horsradish dipping sauce, they're nowhere near as good as fresh ones you get in the restaurants...I'm usually a good cook, but think I'll stick to shrimp at home.
