One of my colleagues just completed an Ironman race. That means he swam for 2.5 miles, biked for 100 miles and then ran a marathon all in a row! Amazing. I'd take me 3 months to do that, going at about 1 mile a day or so. He did it in about 11 hours.

His name's Kevin too, just like my son. Who knows. Maybe Kevins are naturally athletic ? Sure wouldn't mind.

I need to get Kevin (my colleague) introduced to a good friend of mine. Both are wonderful, smart energetic people, who just happen to want to torture their bodies for fun (just kidding, though they both are into crazy 'thlon type of races). Might make a matchmaker yet.
